Who operates this website
This website is operated by Sharp Minds Cloud Tech Pvt Ltd for MSME Sales Booster ERP. This policy covers the public marketing website, including its product pages, trial requests, demo bookings, callback requests and enquiries. It does not govern the separate customer application at app.msmesalesbooster.com or an account or service governed by a separate agreement.
The website is intended for business enquiries. Do not submit sensitive personal information or information about another person unless it is needed for your enquiry and you are entitled to share it.
Information you provide
When you send a form, we collect the contact and business details shown on that form. Full name, company, industry, business email and mobile number are required. A trial request also asks for the approximate number of users. Depending on the form, you may also provide your current ERP or software and a brief requirement. A form also records whether you agreed to be contacted.
We identify a form submission as a 30-day trial request, a demo callback request when Calendly is unavailable, or a general enquiry. A Calendly booking is made with Calendly rather than submitted as a website lead. Submitting a trial request does not create an account or provide immediate access.
If you contact us by email, telephone or WhatsApp instead, we receive the information you choose to share through that channel. Those communications may also be processed by the email, telephone or messaging provider you use.
Information collected with a form
If you submit a form, it may include the page address from which you submit, your original landing-page address, the referring page and campaign attribution parameters in the address, such as UTM source, medium, campaign, term and content. These values help us understand where an enquiry came from and respond to it.
For rate limiting, the form service creates a keyed, HMAC-derived identifier from the request address. A derived identifier, not the raw request IP address, is stored with the lead record for this purpose. Infrastructure and security providers may independently process connection and diagnostic information in their service logs.
Why we use this information
- Review and respond to the trial, enquiry or demo callback request you send, using the details you provide.
- Discuss your stated business requirements, arrange a demo, prepare a proposal, or follow up about a trial request.
- Create and maintain the enquiry record, deliver the notification to our team, retry an undelivered notification and prevent duplicate or abusive form submissions.
- Protect the website and its services, troubleshoot delivery problems and meet legal obligations.
- Understand website use and improve the marketing website through the analytics described below.
A trial request is reviewed. It is not an account application with instant activation, and submitting a form does not itself create a subscription or service contract.
Lead records and email delivery
When a valid enquiry form is submitted, the lead service stores a record in its configured PostgreSQL database. A record can contain the form fields described above, a reference number, the enquiry type, consent, the submission and landing-page addresses, referral and campaign information, the time of submission, the HMAC-derived rate-limiting identifier, and the email-notification status.
The service saves the record before attempting email delivery. It sends an enquiry notification through Mailjet to growth@smcloudtech.com and may send a copy to an additional business recipient if one is configured. The notification includes the submitted enquiry and relevant attribution details. Your email address is used as the reply-to address so our team can respond. If Mailjet is unavailable, the record remains stored with a pending notification status for a later retry.
Mailjet processes information in order to transmit and deliver these notifications. Mailjet's own handling is also governed by its terms and privacy information.
Demo bookings and other providers
The demo page embeds a Calendly booking calendar and links to it directly. Loading or using that calendar connects your browser to Calendly. Calendly may receive technical information such as your connection, browser, the page containing the embed and scheduling activity. If you book, information you enter into Calendly—such as your name, contact details, time zone, chosen time and any booking message—is collected by Calendly and made available to the extent provided by the booking service. If the calendar is unavailable, you may choose to submit the separate callback form; its details are handled as described above. Calendly has its own privacy practices; its embedded service is not controlled by this policy.
The site is hosted on Vercel. Vercel may process request and operational information to host, secure and deliver the website. Visiting links to the separate customer application, WhatsApp or other third-party services also takes you to services governed by their own terms and privacy notices.
Website analytics
Vercel Analytics is included across the website and automatically measures page views. This measurement is separate from the optional analytics choice described next; declining that optional choice does not turn off the site-wide Vercel Analytics integration. Vercel may process page and request information to provide its analytics service.
If Google Analytics or Google Tag Manager is configured for the site, its optional tags load only after you choose “Allow analytics”. If you decline, those optional Google tags are not loaded. When enabled, our own analytics events describe site activity such as page views, form type, button or form source and the outcome of a form attempt. They do not include the form's name, company, email, mobile number, free-text message or generated enquiry reference.
You can change your optional analytics choice using “Manage analytics preferences” in the site footer when that control is available. This choice applies to the optional Google tags, not the Vercel Analytics integration or the independent Calendly embed.
Cookies and browser storage
The site's form attribution feature uses session storage in your browser to temporarily remember the landing-page address, referrer and campaign parameters for the current browser session. Where optional Google analytics is offered, your allow or decline choice is saved in local storage until you clear it or change that choice. These app features use browser storage rather than the site's own authentication cookie.
The Calendly embed and enabled third-party analytics tags may use cookies or similar technologies under the provider's control. Vercel and other infrastructure providers may also use technical mechanisms to deliver or protect their services. Provider behavior can change; use each provider's notice and your browser controls for details. Blocking third-party storage may affect an embedded booking calendar or optional analytics but does not remove the enquiry form.
Who may receive information
We share enquiry information only as needed to operate this website and handle your request: with authorized Sharp Minds Cloud Tech Pvt Ltd personnel and the providers that store or transmit it, including the configured database host, Mailjet, Vercel and, where you use it, Calendly. Optional Google analytics providers receive site-activity data only when the optional Google tags are configured and you allow them. We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect rights, security or the website.
These service providers may process information in countries other than your own. The available country and safeguards depend on the provider and the hosting or service configuration.
Retention
A submitted lead is retained in the database, including while its email notification is pending. The current website lead service has no fixed automatic expiry or scheduled deletion for lead records. Sharp Minds Cloud Tech Pvt Ltd retains and reviews enquiry information for as long as it is needed to respond, keep appropriate business records, address a dispute, protect the service or meet legal obligations, and arranges deletion or anonymisation when it is no longer required, subject to applicable law. You may request deletion sooner using the contact details below; we may need to retain limited information where the law requires or permits it.
Browser session storage normally ends with the browser session, subject to browser behavior. The optional analytics choice remains in local storage until you change or clear it. Calendly and other providers set their own retention periods for information they hold.
Your choices and privacy requests
You can ask us to confirm whether we hold your enquiry information, provide access to it, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to processing, or withdraw consent where consent is the basis for processing. The rights available to you depend on applicable law. Withdrawing permission to receive follow-up does not undo processing already carried out or affect processing that can continue on another lawful basis.
Email growth@smcloudtech.com with “Privacy request” in the subject. Tell us how you contacted us and which right or change you are requesting; include the enquiry reference if you have one. We may request reasonable information to verify your identity and locate the record. We will handle the request within the period required by applicable law. You may also write to or call us at the addresses or number below.
A request about a demo appointment or booking details held by Calendly may need to be sent to Calendly or handled through its booking service. An analytics choice in the footer concerns only optional Google analytics.
Children
This business website is intended for people making business enquiries, not for children. We do not knowingly ask children to submit personal information. Contact us if you believe a child has sent us personal information.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the website or its data processing changes. The date at the top of the page shows when this version was last updated. The version published on this page applies to use of the website from its effective date, subject to applicable law.
